Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on dara51. Creating multiple accounts, registering accounts in false names, or using another person's account is strictly forbidden. Multiple accounts discovered through duplicate payment methods, IP addresses, devices, or personal information will be closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.

Before processing your first withdrawal, dara51 requires completion of KYC verification. dara51 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The payment account used must be registered in your own name matching your verified dara51 Account details.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. You may set voluntary deposit limits through your Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5 minutes during banking hours; off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses offered by dara51 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Bonus funds are provided for entertainment purposes and carry wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after issuance.
Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total wagers. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account dashboard. Canceling a bonus forfeits the bonus funds and any winnings accumulated while the bonus was active, but returns any deposited funds to your withdrawable balance (minus any wagered amounts).
All games on dara51 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent third-party auditors. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be predicted or manipulated by dara51 or players. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of short-term results.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirmation. dara51 reserves the right to void bets placed due to obvious errors (incorrectly published odds, technical glitches, or human error). Voided bets will have stakes refunded to your Account balance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining balances; any funds left in a closed Account for 90 days will be forfeited to cover administrative costs.

Upon termination, you forfeit access to the Platform and all Services. Any remaining Account balance may be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, provided you have not violated these Terms. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are always forfeited upon termination. Accounts closed for fraud or breach of Terms forfeit all balances without refund.
